Seattle Menopause Medicine offers in person appointments in Seattle (Greenlake clinic) and Bellevue (Eastside clinic).

All of our physicians offer virtual telehealth visits to Washington State residents.

Seattle Menopause Medicine

We are out of network with all insurance plans. Patients pay at the time of service and will receive a superbill that they can submit to their insurance for reimbursement if they have out of network benefits.

New Patient Appointment is $450 for up to a 60-minute consult.

Follow up appointments cost $250 for up to 30 minutes.

Yearly check in appointments are 40minutes for established patients ($300).

We offer Well Woman Check ups with Pap smears for established patients ($300).

A refundable deposit of $150 is collected when you schedule a new patient appointment. This will is applied to the first visit and will be refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please read the financial policy when making an appointment.
