Seattle Menopause Medicine offers in person visits in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington. We also offer video visits (telehealth) to all Washington state residents. Dr. Busch sees her patients in Seattle on Wednesdays and Fridays, and offers telehealth on Monday and Tuesday mornings. Dr. Dvorak sees patients in Bellevue, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as well as via online video visits Monday through Friday. Dr. Ellingson is offering telehealth only. We can only see patients who are physically in the state of Washington. If you cannot find a time that works for you please email admin@mdmenopause.com and we can help you get scheduled.

 

We are out of network with all insurance plans. Patients pay at the time of service and can check with their insurance for reimbursement. Cost for the New Patient Appointment is $450 for a 60-minute consult. Follow up appointments cost $250 for up to 30 minutes. Patients should expect to have at least one follow up and then yearly check ins.

 

A refundable deposit of $150 is collected when you schedule a new patient appointment. This will be applied to the first visit. We will refund the deposit if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please read the financial policy when making an appointment.
